The tantalum-niobium metallurgical industry refers to the industry that manufactures tantalum-niobium metallurgical products from tantalum and niobium ores. Tantalum is a silvery, high-density, ductile solid at room temperature, a rare, corrosion-resistant metal with high thermal and electrical conductivity.

Zhejiang Dewei Motor Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Wuhu Dewei Automotive Motor Co., Ltd. It is located at No. 5-1, Chunhui Middle Road, Yong'an Industrial Cluster Zone, Xianju County, Zhejiang Province. The company covers an area of over 20,000 square meters and has a building area of 23,000 square meters. It currently has more than 150 employees, including more than 30 technical personnel. It is one of the earliest domestic enterprises engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of starting motors for engineering machinery, heavy vehicles, and marine power.
Dewei's starting motors are mainly used in Komatsu, Isuzu, Hino, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Toyota, and some European and American diesel engines. The starting motors produced have a power range of 2.0KW-11KW, and most of them are exported to the international market. The products are consistently well-received by users for their stable quality.
